Placing an order
An order is placed when you pay. Until then anything in your cart or the studio is a draft and may change in price or availability.
The price shown at checkout is the price charged. Shipping, rush and tax are itemised before you confirm — there is nothing added afterwards.
Prices are held against your order once paid. A later price change does not re-price work already sold.
We may need to quote large or unusual orders by hand rather than automatically. The studio will say so rather than quietly guessing.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Sign-in codes are single-use and expire in ten minutes; do not forward one to anybody.
Tell us promptly if you think somebody else has access, and we will end every active session on the account.
What we are responsible for
Producing your order as described here, and putting it right when we do not.
Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for what an order was for — an event that went ahead without shirts, or business lost while a delivery was late.
Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
These terms are versioned. The version in force when you ordered is the one recorded against your order, and later changes do not apply retroactively. Current version: 2026-08-10.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts sitting in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Before that: email us. Almost everything is a misunderstanding that a person can fix in a day.
