Production time
Standard production is 3–7 business days from artwork approval, not from when you ordered. The clock starts when the artwork is settled.
Rush production is 1–2 business days where the date and the artwork allow it. Rush is offered at checkout when it is genuinely available rather than as a paid hope.
Large runs, mixed garments, and multiple print locations take longer. If your order is one of those we will tell you before you pay.
Promised dates
If you give us a date you need the order by, we will either promise it or tell you we cannot. A promised date is recorded on the order and visible in your account.
If we miss a date we promised, you can cancel for a full refund even if the order has been produced. That is the point of promising.
A carrier delay after we have shipped is not something we control, and is not covered by that promise — but tell us and we will chase it with you.
Delivery
You will get tracking as soon as the order ships.
We ship within the United States. For anywhere else, ask before ordering.
Local pickup is available. Choose it at checkout and we will tell you when it is ready.
Wrong address
We ship to the address you give us. If it is wrong, tell us before the order ships and we will change it at no cost.
Once it has shipped, a reshipment is chargeable — the first parcel is gone.
