What we collect
Your name, email, phone if you give it, and the addresses an order ships to and bills from.
Your designs and the artwork you upload, so you can come back to them.
Your orders, and the messages you send us about them.
First-party usage events — which pages and studio steps get used — stored in our own database, so we can tell what is confusing. No third party receives them.
What we do not collect
Card numbers. Payment is handled by Square and card details never reach our servers.
Anything from an advertising or analytics vendor. There is no tracking pixel on this site, which is also why there is no cookie banner.
Who else sees your data
Square, to take payment.
Our email and SMS providers, to send order updates you asked for.
Our shipping carriers, to deliver the order.
Nobody else. We do not sell or rent customer data, and we would not have a business worth running if we did.
How long we keep it
Order records for seven years, because tax and payment-dispute rules require it.
Designs and artwork until you delete them or ask us to.
Sign-in codes for ten minutes; sessions until they expire or you end them.
Your choices
See, correct, export or delete your data by asking. We will not make you go through a form.
Deleting an account does not delete the order records we are required to keep, but it does remove your designs and contact details from anything else.
