Artwork and rights

Your artwork stays yours. By sending it to us you confirm you have the right to have it printed — and that is a promise we rely on.

You keep your artwork

Uploading a file gives us permission to print it on your order and nothing else. We do not sell it, license it, or put it on anyone else's shirt.

We keep it on file so you can reorder without re-uploading. Ask us to delete it and we will, though that means a reorder starts from scratch.

We may show finished work in our own portfolio. Tell us not to and we will not — before or after the fact, no reason needed.

You confirm you have the right to use it

You confirm at checkout that you own the artwork or have permission to print it. Logos, characters, band names, sports teams, photographs of people, and typefaces all belong to somebody.

If a rights holder comes to us about your order, we will pass on the claim and stop printing it. You are responsible for what you asked us to print.

What we will not print

Anything we believe infringes a trademark or copyright.

Anything that harasses, threatens, or degrades a person or group.

Counterfeit branding, forged documents, or anything designed to deceive.

We are a small shop and we get to decline work. If we decline yours we will refund it in full and tell you why.

What our art review does

Someone looks at every order before it prints, and tells you if it is going to print badly — low resolution, strokes too fine to hold, or a colour that will disappear into the garment.

It is guidance, not a guarantee, and it is not proofreading. We do not check your spelling, and we print the file you approved.

When a job warrants it we send a proof and wait for your approval before printing. The approval is recorded against the order with the date and who gave it.

Colour

Screens are backlit and shirts are not. Colours on a monitor are an approximation, and the same ink looks different on white cotton than on a heather blend.

We print full-colour DTF, so we are not limited to a set number of inks — but we cannot guarantee an exact match to a brand colour without a printed sample. Ask, and we will run one.
