Cancel from the order page in your account, or reply to your confirmation email. Full refund, no fee, no explanation needed.
After approval, before printing
Full refund less any cost we have already committed — usually nothing, occasionally the cost of blanks ordered specifically for you in a colour or size we do not stock.
We will tell you the exact figure before we process it, and you can decide.
Once printing has started
Printed pieces cannot be refunded, because they cannot be sold to anybody else. If only part of the run has printed we will charge for what was printed and refund the rest.
You keep everything you paid for. We will always ship the printed pieces.
If we cancel
We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if the artwork infringes someone else's rights, if we cannot produce it to a standard we are willing to put our name on, or if payment cannot be verified.
We will tell you why, and if it is fixable we will tell you how.
